Conditions (5.3.2008)

§1. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Ex Ovo, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. You are hereby accepting a contract with Ex Ovo.

§2. Shipment
Shipment will, unless agreed upon differently, be sent directly from Ex Ovo. Any information on the time the package will take to reach you are noncommittal.

§3. Customs
When ordering goods from Ex Ovo for delivery overseas, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Ex Ovo, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

§4. Payment
Customers can pay by or money transfer in advance.

Use the address webmaster@aalfang.de for each transaction but please ensure about the item’s availability before placing an order.

Please notice that we have to add a certain percentage of the total to cover the fees when using payment via Paypal for orders:

Germany: 1,9 % + 0,35 €
EU: 3,4 % + 0,35 €
Rest of the world: 3,9 % + 0,35 €

§5. Charging
Charging is only possible, if a counterclaim has been judicially decided or recognised by Ex Ovo. A customer is only entitled to retention, if his counterclaim bases on the same contract.

§6. Retention of title
Until it has been shipped, the ordered product(s) will remain property of Ex Ovo.
